Mahalo Martini: Vanilla and Hibiscus Martini by: Mr. Consistent
INGREDIENTS:
- 1x Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix
- 1x Vanilla Bean Paste 1/8 tsp
- 1x Hibiscus Tea 55g
- 1x Gin 500ml
- 1x White Sugar 2 Cups
- Boiling Water 2 Cups
ACCESSORIES:
- 1x Mason Jar
- 1x Bartender Essentials Kit
- 1x Fine Strainer
- 1x Measuring Jug
- Ice
METHOD:
1: Hibiscus & Vanilla Syrup
- Combine 55g hibiscus tea, 2 cups of boiling water, 2 cups of white sugar and 1/8 tsp of vanilla bean paste in a mason jar and stir to combine.
- Strain from mason jar and allow to cool.
- TIP: Allow to cool in the fridge to speed up the process.
- Note: Hibiscus & vanilla syrup should be kept in the fridge and used.
2: Create
- Pour 25ml hibiscus syrup into cocktail shaker.
- Add 75ml Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix.
- Add 45ml gin.

3: Serve
- Add ice and shake vigorously.
- Fine strain and enjoy!
